Second day of connections (I daren’t call them pilots yet) with our virtual classmates from the Godolphin and Latymer School in London. The expererience has been enthusiastically felt by our lot at Clot del Moro, and hopefully likewise in the UK. They’ve had eye-contact, some chat exchanges, and fortunately some spoken discourse too. Some have even started exchanging mail messages.
Regarding technicalities, we’ve found out Adobe flash-player was (mainly) the cause of voice-related problems. However, despite our best efforts to sort things out and having 5 class computers in perfect operational conditions, today’s telecols still had many faults and left many of us, teachers ans pupils alike, a little bit dissatisfied. Once again I must reckon we’re on the right track. Todos los comienzos son dificiles, (all beginnings are difficult), but we’re on the move. Fair winds and strong sails.
